CU South Denver brought together the Wildlife Experience museum and University of Colorado programming to create a community destination for education, arts and culture.Betterweather’s challenge was to design a Web experience that unites a university with a museum and IMAX theater targeting secondary students. Content includes everything from a list of classes offered, to movie showtimes and special events.

Through extensive research and usability studies—in collaboration with Sarah Wambold, a digital media consultant specializing in museums and cultural organizations—and an iterative Web design process, Betterweather combined two distinct identities to create one University of Colorado-branded website for the Linger Building at CU South Denver, staying true to the Black and Gold while also reflecting the venue’s Wildlife Experience roots.
