Created in 2010, the Community Coordinating District No. 1 is a unique metropolitan district—a local government actually—that serves as a “collaborative policy platform” to help government, public, nonprofit and private-sector organizations facilitate development initiatives and public improvements in Northeast Denver. Thier mission is to create opportunities for revitalization and economic development in their respective “communities”.

Identity is every bit as important for public-sector and non-profit organizations as it is for corporate brands. We believe in the district’s mission to better our community, and we’re proud of the part we played. Developing a logo, identity system and website that communicate the organization’s role as a community change agent and becoming the design agency they can count on.
